Refund & Returns Policy

At Natalie Nave Interiors, we thoughtfully curate unique antiques, vintage furnishings, and specialty décor items. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, all sales are final.

Condition & Descriptions

Each item is carefully described and photographed to accurately represent its current condition, including any unique characteristics or imperfections. We encourage you to review item descriptions and images carefully before purchasing, and reach out with any questions prior to sale — we’re happy to provide additional details or photos.

Damages During Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
Please note: claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Local Pickup Orders

For items marked as Local Pickup, please inspect your purchase carefully before taking it home. Once an item leaves our premises, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any reason other than documented pre-pickup damage.

Exceptions

As a boutique store specializing in antiques and unique finds, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards or digital content

  • Items showing new damage after delivery or pickup

Shipping Returns (if applicable)

In the rare case a return is approved, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. For valuable or fragile items, we recommend using a trackable, insured service — Natalie Nave Interiors is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
